Ally and Abdullah’s three-day wedding weekend at Casa Cody

Ally and Abdullah’s three-day wedding weekend at Casa Cody in Palm Springs was photographed mostly on 35mm film, capturing the full story, from the welcome night to poolside moments and the final hours on the dance floor. Casa Cody’s historic adobe charm, garden courtyards, and desert light gave the weekend an effortless old-Hollywood feeling without ever feeling staged.

My approach was documentary and photojournalistic, with an editorial eye for composition, details, and atmosphere. The result is a film-forward wedding story that feels timeless and lived-in—real laughter, real movement, and all the in-between moments that made this weekend what it was.

The Night Before
